This photograph was taken during the Institute’s 20th convocation. The chief guest for the event was the President of India Mr. Giani Zail Singh. He inaugurated the Student Activities Centre which was newly constructed.

The person shaking hands with the President is Prof. S. Radhakrishna (Physics Department) and Prof. R. Radhakrishnan (Civil Engineering Department, extreme right).
