This photograph was taken at the Bose-Einstein Guest House at IIT Madras. It is likely that the visitors and guests were greeted and welcomed at the guest house before the event. The occasion was the handing of the Siemens 7580-E computer system to IIT Madras by the Federal Republic of Germany. Mr. Hans Klein and Dr. Konrad Seitz were the two representatives from the Federal Republic of Germany.
