In this photograph, Prof. B. Sengupto, Mr. R. Natarajan, and Mr. Y. S. Ramaswamy accompany Dr. A. L. Mudaliar to the dais on the occasion of the Central School building's inauguration.
The event took place outside the main entrance of the Central School building, which is visible in the picture. The name ‘Central School’ was later changed to Kendriya Vidyalaya.
