This photograph was taken during an event celebrating the 50th year of Indo-German Cooperation in Higher Education. Among those seated are, Mr. Kapil Sibal (Minister of Science and Technology, extreme left), Dr. Annette Schavan (Minister of Education and Research, second from left), Dr. R. Chidambaram (Chairman, Board of Governors, fourth from left) and Dr. T. Ramasami (Secretary, DST, GoI, extreme right). The other persons in the photograph are yet to be identified.
