Decibels is a competition for bands across India; and according to articles, the winning band receives an opportunity to open the Rock Show. Here, in the photograph, it appears that this band was listening to some information as they stood on the stage.
Saarang, in 2005, was conducted from 21 to 26 January and saw a large audience for many of its events, according to the Annual Report.
