French rock band Matmatah performs at Saarang 2005

This photograph has captured the drummer of the French rock band Matmatah. Matmatah performed during Saarang 2005. They released their latest album at the time titled Archie Kramer in 2004 following which they went on a world tour in the end of October that year. Known for folk, rock, and other genres, Matmatah was formed in 1995.
Saarang 2005 was held from 21 to 26 January, and invited people to its various competitions ranging from music and dance to quiz and debate. Many of these events were individual or group events.
