“Be the Change” was the name of the Jazz Show by R. Prasanna, with Jeff Coffin on sax, Kai Eckhardt on bass guitar and Derico Watson on drum. In the photograph, Jeff Coffin performs music on the flute; a saxophone can also be seen. An American saxophonist and composer, Jeff Coffin performs across the genres of jazz, pop, and rock.
The name of the Jazz Show is taken from the title of the album Be the Change released by R. Prasanna in 2004. R. Prasanna, better known as Guitar Prasanna, is a musician best known for performing Carnatic music on the guitar.
The Jazz Show was held on 26 January 2005, the last day of Saarang 2005. Saarang 2005 was held from 21 to 26 January.
