Dr. Weizsäcker visited IIT Madras to receive his honorary degree of Doctor of Science (honoris causa) at the Student Activities Centre (SAC). He also visited some of the departments one of which was the Ocean Engineering Department. This photograph was taken at the Ocean Engineering Department.
