This photograph was taken at the Ocean Engineering Department in 1991. It was taken during the visit of the German President Dr. Richard von Weizsäcker.
To the extreme left is Ms. Maneka Gandhi (Union Minister of State [Independent Charge], Environment and Forests), and Dr. M. S. Swaminathan (Chairman, Board of Governors) can be seen standing second from the left. The other gentlemen are yet to be identified.
