This photograph is a close-up shot of a guitarist, who is smiling, at a Saarang event. A drum kit is visible behind the guitarist, as is a drummer who is largely obscured. This photograph was taken from one of the several music events held during Saarang in 2005, possibly a group Western music competition.
Apart from music events, both group and solo, there were other events such as Sports Quiz, Music Quiz, Business Quiz, Debate, Antakshari, Light Music, etc. This edition of Saarang was held from 21 to 26 January 2005. This event may have taken place at a location between the Humanities and Sciences Block (HSB) and the Open Air Theatre (OAT).
