This photograph shows a group, though only one member of the group is visible (playing a guitar), competing in the Group competition for Western Music. There were several music competitions that took place over the 6 days that Saarang was held for in 2005.

These events included several in music such as Western Music Solo, Western Music Group, Light Music Solo, Light Music group, Semi Classical Vocals and Antakshari.
