The sound system for the event can be seen under an umbrella as a person sits there monitoring the sound for the performance. Behind that person, another person can be seen using their mobile phone. A large speaker can be seen next to the Pepsi stall in the background. Desks are arranged to form a boundary for the sound system as a large audience looks on at the performance.
This event took place at an area between the Humanities and Sciences Block (HSB) and the Open Air Theatre (OAT) where a stage was created for the event. The banner for the stage, with the name “Sunsilk” suggests that perhaps a Western music event had been taking place at the time as it has appeared in other Western music group competition photographs as well.
