From the tag the person is wearing, it can be understood that the speaker is possibly an event coordinator who was introducing the event or providing instructions. According to the event schedule, some of the events in 2005 were Quiz, Potpourri, Extempore, Informals, Creative Writing, Debate, Fine Arts, Western Music Solo, Western Music Group, Light Music Solo, Light Music group, Antakshari, Semi Classical Vocals, Radio Play and Crossie. Apart from events and competitions, there were also live Professional Shows and workshops conducted during Saarang.
