A tennis match in progress, 1994
This photograph was taken at the 30th Inter-IIT Sports Meet. The tennis players depicted in the image are unidentified.
As per the 1994 Annual Report of IIT Madras, the sports meet was disrupted by heavy rainfall, resulting in the cancellation of all outdoor events. Only indoor events were held. Nevertheless, the report highlights that IIT Madras had put on a commendable performance and had earned a respectable number of points until the end of the third day.
