Mambillikalathil Govind Kumar Menon, F.R.S. (28 August 1928 – 22 November 2016) was a, Indian physicist and policy maker. He played a prominent role in the development of science and technology in India. One of his important contributions was developing the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai. He undertook experiments with cosmic rays to explore the properties of fundamental particles.
