At the 35th Inter-IIT Sports Meet, 1999
The picture shows the Inter-IIT flag with the names of the 6 IITs who participated in the event inscribed on its design. The 6 IITs were IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and IIT Guwahati.
Seen in the photograph are, Prof. B. Viswanathan (Dean of Students, extreme left) and Prof. R. Natarajan (Director, fourth from left). The others in the photograph are yet to be identified.
