There are various photographs that show moments from events, student trips and life in the hostels. Some of these photographs are from Mardi Gras 1995, which was the last year that the IIT Madras cultural festival was called so. It is now known as Saarang.

This photograph was taken when the Aerospace Engineering (B.Tech.) batch of 1995 went to IIT Kanpur for a “lab tests during flights” course in the winter of 1994.
