A hockey match at the 30th Inter-IIT Sports Meet, 1994
This photograph captures a moment from the 30th Inter-IIT Sports Meet held at IIT Madras. However, the identities of the student-athletes in the picture remain unknown. According to IIT Madras' Annual Report of 1994, the event encountered a setback due to heavy rainfall, following two days of smooth proceedings. As a result, only the indoor events could be conducted, and the remaining ones had to be cancelled. Despite this setback, the report notes that IIT Madras had performed well, earning a respectable number of points up until the third day.
