Under the name ‘Informals’, several less serious games and events were also held during Saarang. This appears to be one of those events. It took place on a day between 21 and 26 January 2005, when Saarang was held in 2005.
In the photograph, a large audience can be seen in the background as an event is underway. Some of the events in 2005 were Quiz, Potpourri, Extempore, Informals, Creative Writing, Debate, Fine Arts, Radio Play and Crossie.
