This photograph shows a music group performing during a Western music event; seen are a guitarist and a vocalist. The vocalist is holding a piece of paper, perhaps the lyrics to the song the group was performing. Other members are not visible in the image. The photograph has also captured audience members standing at the edge of the stage in the image. One of them has an instrument case, possibly for a guitar, suggesting that the person was a participant in this event or another.
Apart from music events, both group and solo, there were other events such as Sports Quiz, Business Quiz, Debate, Antakshari, Light Music, etc. This edition of Saarang was held from 21 to 26 January 2005. This event may have taken place at a location between the Humanities and Sciences Block (HSB) and the Open Air Theatre (OAT).
