Possibly part of a group event, this participant is pictured playing a guitar. This photograph was taken at a Music competition during the 2005 edition of Saarang. The location of this event was at a place between the Humanities and Sciences Block (HSB) and the Open Air Theatre (OAT). Music events included solo and group events for light music and Western music.
A large number of events and competitions were conducted during Saarang in 2005 including but not limited to: Music, Dance, Quiz, Debate, Antakshari, Fine Arts, Extempore, Radio Play, Crossie, Semi Classical Vocals, Potpourri, Creative Writing (Play Writing) and Informals, according to the schedule of events from 2005. The 2005 edition of Saarang was held from 21-26 January.
In addition, the participant's T-shirt reads “I’m trying to see things from your point of view, but I can’t stick my head that far up my bass.” The T-shirt may have been worn for jest or emphasis as the participant is using a bass guitar.
