A photograph taken during a hockey match, 1994
This photograph was taken during the 30th Inter-IIT Sports Meet at IIT Madras, but the student-athletes in the picture are yet to be identified. As stated in IIT Madras' Annual Report of 1994, the event ran smoothly for the initial two days. However, following this, the proceedings were halted due to heavy rainfall. Subsequently, only the indoor events could be carried out, as the rest of the meet was washed out. Nevertheless, according to the report, IIT Madras had performed worthily in regard to points leading up to the third day.
