A scene from Bharat Utsav (1999)
Bharat Utsav was an annual cultural festival held by IIT Madras which was begun in 1994. The festival also had a special associated publication released on campus known as Bharathi. Bharat Utsav was conducted to celebrate the various cultural aspects of India. This photograph was taken during the 1999 edition of Bharat Utsav.
