This image was captured during the 35th Inter-IIT Sports Meet at IIT Madras. It was taken at the tennis courts of the Institute. According to the Annual Report of IIT Madras from the year 1999, the hosts won gold in tennis while also claiming the General Championship trophy.
We are yet to identify the tennis player in the image.
