According to the event schedule, some of the events in 2005 were Quiz, Potpourri, Extempore, Informals, Creative Writing, Debate, Fine Arts, Western Music Solo, Western Music Group, Light Music Solo, Light Music group, Antakshari, Semi Classical Vocals, Radio Play and Crossie. Apart from events and competitions, there were also live Professional Shows and workshops conducted during Saarang. This event may have taken place in an area between the Humanities and Sciences Block (HSB) and the Open Air Theatre (OAT).
