This photograph was taken during IIT Madras’ annual cultural and social fest Saarang. The picture shows Devraj Sanyal, vocalist of the Mumbai based thrash metal outfit Brahma with the audience during one of the songs that the band performed.
Brahma was one of the early metal bands in the Indian metal scene. It was formed in 1993 and was hugely successful and popular throughout the community of metal fanatics.
