Thirunavukkarasu (Registrar of IIT Madras, 2009-2012) and SFO (Security-cum-Fire Officer) Mr. Narayan Elumalai.
This photograph was taken when Prof. Bhaskar Ramamurthi arrived at the event. The Republic Day celebration took place in front of the Administration Building. During the event, the Director reviewed the security officers’ parade and delivered a speech. There were also renditions of several patriotic and national songs. Faculty members, staff members, residents and students attended the event.
