Dr. M. S. Swaminathan, Chairman, Board of Governors, addresses the audience during the 30th Convocation, 1993.
Dr. Swaminathan was the Chairman of the Board of Governors for IIT Madras. He was the seventh Chairman of the Institute and he served his tenure from 1991 to 1997.
