This photograph was taken during a special convocation held to confer the degree of Doctor of Science (honoris causa) on Dr. Richard von Weizsäcker (President, Federal Republic of Germany).
Seen in the photograph are Prof. M. Ravindran (Head of Ocean Engineering Department, extreme left) and Prof. V. S. Raju (Ocean Engineering Department, fourth from left). The others in the picture are yet to be identified.
