Mr. K. L. Chugh presents a degree to a graduand, 1993

This image was captured during the 30th Convocation of IIT Madras. The person receiving the degree is yet to be identified, but we can assume that he is from the undergraduate batch. This assumption has been made based on the fact that he is wearing a maroon robe and robes of this colour were worn by the undergraduate candidates on the day of the convocation.
