Mr. Ramesh Krishnan releases a dove during the opening ceremony of the Inter-IIT Sports Meet, 1994
The Indian tennis star Mr. Ramesh Krishnan was the chief guest at the Inter-IIT Sports Meet this year. It is mentioned in the Annual Report of IIT Madras, 1994, that the tournament was washed out due to heavy rains that stopped all outdoor activity, while all the indoor games were conducted without interruptions.
