This photograph was taken during a special convocation held to confer the degree of Doctor of Science (honoris causa) on Dr. Richard von Weizsäcker who was the President of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Seen in the image is Ms. Maneka Gandhi (Union Minister of State [Independent Charge], Environment and Forests, extreme left). The other two ladies are yet to be identified.
