In this photograph, taken during one of the 6 days of Saarang 2005, the participants for a painting event are seen painting on circular bases at a table. Open bottles of paint, brushes and cups with water are seen.

Behind the two participants, another group of participants is seated, also painting. Some of the paints are placed on top of newspapers so as to prevent spilling paint on the table.

Saarang 2005 took place from 21-26 January. Events during Saarang included quizzes, Antakshari, Debate, Fine Arts, Extempore, Informals, and Music competitions.
