Earlier known as Mardi Gras, IIT Madras’ cultural festival Saarang. Saarang 2005 was held from 21 to 26 January 2005, with events and competitions such as music, dance, debate, quiz, and professional shows with performances in Indian classical music, Western music, jazz, and rock.
