It is likely that the coordinators for events are registering participants in this photograph. The photograph was taken at the entrance of the Central Lecture Theatre (CLT) at the Humanities and Social Sciences Block. This can be ascertained by the staircase which still looks the same (as of November 2022). There were plenty of programmes organized at Saarang for college students from across the country. Over 300 coordinators helped in organizing the event.
