The picture was captured at the 35th Inter-IIT Sports Meet hosted by IIT Madras. It appears that the unidentified chief guest is engaging in conversation with some gentlemen, who may be professors from IIT Madras.
The person to the extreme right is Prof. B. Viswanathan (Dean of Students). The other persons in this image are yet to be identified.
