This photo was taken during the scanning process of the photos in this album to convert them to digital form. Above the photos, a basic colour checker tool that uses colour swatches to retain the most natural and original colour of the photograph at the time it was taken, is seen placed in the photograph.
The first photo within the photograph shows a student participating in an event in Saarang 2005, whereas the photograph below shows a person handing over a prize to a team that participated in Saarang 2005. The lighting in the second photo suggests that it was taken in the evening and may have followed the events of the day.
Saarang 2005 was held for 6 days from 21 to 26 January 2005. Saarang held events such as quiz, music, dance, and other events. There were also professional shows which included Indian classical music, jazz music, rock music, Western music, and light music performances. The professional shows saw a large audience that year.
