The sixth convocation invitation card was simple and formal. It was made using firm, cream coloured cartridge paper. The invitation was printed as a bi-fold-landscape card (cover dimensions: 17.5 cm × 12.8 cm). The information inside the card included details about the programme, chief guest/speaker and specific instructions for attendance.
