Mr. Venugopal Aravamudan (1985 B.Tech. alumnus) visited the Heritage Centre with his mother, Mrs. Aravamudan, and daughter. Mr. Venu Aramavudan is the son of Prof. G. Aravamudan (Department of Chemistry, IIT Madras) and Mrs. Aravamudan. Mr. Aravamudan has also instituted a Chair Professorship in his father Prof. Aravamudan's name.
The Great Transformation This letter is about an environmental phenomenon that took place in the IIT Madras campus and the adjoining Guindy National Park over a few decades. We now have a clue to the question of why this transformation took place.
