‘Big bang’ a Western music show was the last proshow of Saarang-2000 and was possibly held on 24th January 2000. The artists who performed that evening at the Institute’s Open Air Theatre were Juravi, Burn, Moksha and Nemesis Avenue. The Western music show was probably the only show in Chennai where almost all genres of western music were covered on one night. The show was highly popular among the younger audience. The artists covered ‘sing along’ popular numbers from the 60’s through the 90’s.
