Delivering the chief guest’s address, Mr. M. C. Chagla called the convocation “one of the most imposing convocations I have ever addressed.” Seated in the first row (L to R), Mr. C. V. Seen in the image is a cream coloured leaflet made of firm cartridge paper and measuring 6.02*4.21 inches was used to make a formal announcement of the Minister’s visit. The details printed on the leaflet were printed using simple fonts and black ink. Furthermore, the margins of the leaflet were serrated.
