Prof. Hilbig came to IIT Madras along with Mr. Westphal from the Technical University, Berlin to take part in a series of meetings with the administrators and faculty of IIT Madras. We think the year given in the label (1966) is wrong because the Annual Report of 1965-66 mentions that the two gentlemen visited the Institute in December 1965. This has also been confirmed with a Campastimes report from the February 1966 issue of the magazine.
